FUSION HA!

FUSIONS ENTER THE BATTLE

DragonBall FighterZ  had set the pace for fighting games when it was released at the start of the year; and this was before the first two characters of the fighter pass (Bardock and Broly) were revealed. Now two more of the eight DLC characters are ready to fight. Just in time for E3, Bandai Namco announced that Fused Zamasu (the fusion of Goku Black and Zamasu) and Super Saiyan Blue Vegito (the fusion of Goku and Vegeta).

Both characters are from the Dragon Ball Super series and join Beerus, Goku Black and Hit from the anime. While Fused Zamasu was revealed in April, the second character was only hinted at through a Twitter poll posted by Bandai Namco. Now just two weeks away from E3, the trailer for Vegito has dropped.

Fused Zamasu plays similar to Goku Black with regards to close combat, however, he has more moves to play at longer distances. Vegito is just badass and only comes in Super Saiyan Blue form, just as he appeared in the anime. Along with these characters, new dramatic finishers will be added to the game for more added depth to gameplay.

Fans who bought or will buy the Fighterz Pass will get Zamasu and Vegito for free but everyone else will be able to purchase the characters for $5 each. Four of the eight DLC characters have now dropped so the question is who are the other four? It’s a safe bet to think the other characters will be from Dragon Ball Super, given the popularity of the show.

Will you download Zamasu and Vegito?
