GET READY TO HEAR “HEY ARNOLD!” ONE MORE TIME

NEW NOSTALGIC TRAILER BRINGS POSSIBILITY OF A FULL-FLEDGED RETURN

Comic-con is the perfect time to release news about all things cartoon, anime, video game, comic, cult and nostalgic. While this news wasn’t on the main stage of this years NYC Comic-con, it certainly left a lasting impression.

One of the staples of 90’s cartoon programming, Hey Arnold! has returned with a trailer for the upcoming TV movie: Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie. Not only will the movie reveal what happened to Arnold’s parents, but according to creator Craig Bartlett, will hopefully lead into a sixth season for Nickelodeon.

The original show ended in 2004 with a super cliffhanger and Nickelodeon created a block of programming called Splat to air all the cartoons they produced from the 90’s. On top of that, Rocko’s Modern Life will be getting a new movie and Invader Zim will either be revived or rebooted. Bartlett’s hopes just may come true after all.

Hey Arnold! returns November 24th with the premiere of its movie. Check out the trailer below:
