“IT’S TIME FOR ANIMANIACS!”

NOSTALGIA HITS HULU WITH A NEW SEASON AS AS WELL

The 90’s classic cartoon Animaniacs is back with all its old zany antics, mostly because Hulu is now streaming all 99 episodes. This pickup comes two years ahead of a series reboot order that will make the show a Hulu exclusive.

The best part of the reboot is the decision to bring back Steven Spielberg as executive producer with all the original characters making appearances. While the show focused on the three “Warner” siblings: Yakko, Wakko and Dot, other characters featured were the Goodfeathers (the Goodfellas if they were pigeons) and the iconic duo of Pinky and The Brain (who got their own show afterwards). Classic Warner Brothers cartoons such as Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck also made appearances as well.

With the show focused on the happenings around and inside the Warner Brothers studio, many celebrities made cameos on the show. Almost two decades have passed since the show debuted (in 1993) ensuring a plethora of newer cameos to be available for the reboot.

Besides the Animaniacs, Hulu will stream the Pinky and The Brain spin-off show, the spin-off of that show, Elmyra and The Brain as well as Tiny Toon Adventures. It might pay off to watch these shows slowly as the Animaniacs reboot won’t be available until 2020.
