LEBRON AND WADE REUNITED
D-WADE REJOINS LEBRON WITH A SIGN TO CLEVELAND
The third big move during the NBA off-season has happened. A week after Carmelo Anthony was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Eastern Conference faces another major change. This time Dwayne Wade has reunited with Lebron James with hopes of another ring before retirement.
After playing in Chicago last season, Wade agreed to a contract buyout on Sunday. He had to give back $8 million of his $23.8 million in order to be freed from his contract. With the new season approaching fast, Wade signed to the Cavaliers for one year worth $2.3 million.
Wade already took a chance by signing with his home of Chicago but with the Bulls in a repackaging situation, the 35 year old decided to rejoin King James. The NBA now faces a newer version of the Miami Heat from a few years ago when Lebron, Wade and Chris Bosch won two titles in 3 straight Finals appearances.
With the departure of Kyrie Irving, the Cavs obtained Jae Crowder and Isiah Thomas. They also signed Derrick Rose from the Knicks. Lebron is definitely relieved to have Dwayne Wade among these new faces.
