The new crossover fighting game being developed by Aksys and Arc Systems Games has revealed three more characters joining the epic roster. Two of these characters are true crossovers while the third is a staple of the BlazBlue series.

Jin Kisaragi (Ragna’s brother) has been confirmed for the game representing the BlazBlue franchise. This is not a surprise considering he was featured in the debut trailer of the game back in July. For the most part it was assumed that he would have been playable and this reveal just confirms it.

The other characters, however, are more exciting. Joining Jin are Yosuke Hanamura from the Persona franchise (more specifically the Persona 4 Arena games) and Linne from the Under-Night In-Birth games.

Along with the reveal of these characters, a stat database was revealed in an attempt to tier the characters off for competitive play. The stat cards do not seem to follow any type of rating system since Yosuke’s speed stat is somehow 12 stars while the other characters so far have more reasonable stat distributions.

Linne has reasonable stats that fit in some sort of decently organized star scale.

While Yosuke’s speed stat makes no sense at all.

With the addition of these new characters the roster is comprised of two Blazblue characters, two Persona characters, two Under-Night characters and one from Rooster Teeth anime RWBY. The roster goes as follows:

  1. Ragna the Bloodedge (BlazBlue)

  2. Jin Kisaragi (BlazBlue)

  3. Hyde (Under-Night)

  4. Linne (Under-Night)

  5. Yosuke Hanamura (Persona 4)

  6. Yu Narukami (Persona 4)

  7. Ruby Rose (RWBY)

The game is only slated for 2018 with no specific date or platform announced yet. Fans can get a feel for the game during October since demos will be playable at four locations:

  1. October 5-8, 2017: New York Comic Con in New York City

  2. October 14-15, 2017: RTX London

  3. October 14-15, 2017: South East Asia Major 2017 at GameStart 2017 in Suntec City, Singapore

  4. October 21, 2017: Arc Revolution Cup 2017 at Toushinsai 2017 in Tokyo
